Bitcoin rose from the $65,000 area to $66,968 last week before falling for three straight days, leaving it up 0.9% for the week. Ethereum remained relatively strong, gaining 4.6% over the same period.

According to Foresight News, Bitcoin twice touched $67,000 on lower volume, showing a clear divergence between price and volume. Ethereum broke above the $1,800 W-bottom neckline and retested that level, leaving its structure stronger than Bitcoin's, although $1,940 to $1,970 is now acting as resistance after previously serving as support.

This week's key event is the FOMC interest rate decision on July 29, with markets pricing a 63.7% chance of no change. Kevin Warsh's wording on a September rate hike, which has an implied probability of about 80%, will be the main variable. Bitcoin remains supported above $63,000, while Ethereum is holding above the $1,800 neckline.
