China Listed Companies Association released its June statistical bulletin on July 27. As of June 30, 2026, there were 5,535 listed companies on China's onshore stock market, with 71 new initial public offering listings added in the first half and total IPO fundraising of 70.574 billion yuan, according to Jiemian News.
By the end of the first half, total A-share share capital reached 7.88 trillion shares, up by 105.3 billion shares from the start of the year. Based on closing prices, the market value of onshore shares stood at 119.1 trillion yuan, an increase of 10.5 trillion yuan from the end of the first quarter.
