Shanghai Shanshi Biopharmaceutical Industry Private Equity Fund Partnership (LP) was established on July 27 with registered capital of 1.5 billion yuan, according to Jiemian News. Its executive partners are Shanghai Shanshi Capital Management Co. and Shanghai Shanshi Biopharmaceutical Management Consulting Co., and its business scope covers private-fund equity investment, investment management and asset management. Partnership records show the fund was jointly invested in by Shanghai State-Owned Capital Operation Pilot Biopharmaceutical Private Investment Fund Partnership (LP), Shanghai Pharma Co. and Junshi Biosciences Co., among others.
