据界面新闻报道，TCMG与梦阳药业于7月21日完成一项跨境授权交易，TCMG获得生白口服液在美国20年的独家营销权，梦阳药业保留该产品及其知识产权、研发和生产权。交易总额最高300万美元，包括22.5万美元一次性不可退预付款和后续商业里程碑付款。生白口服液将以膳食补充剂身份进入美国市场，梦阳药业称已完成相关美国膳食补充剂备案。
