韩国6月房贷利率升至两年半高位

据韩联社报道，韩国银行（BOK）数据显示，韩国银行业6月住房抵押贷款平均利率升至4.36%，连续第二个月上升，创2023年11月以来最高水平；当月新发银行贷款平均利率为4.31%，较上月上升0.12个百分点。企业贷款平均利率上升0.14个百分点至4.27%，新发家庭贷款利率升至4.5%，其他家庭贷款利率则升至5.72%。韩国银行表示，近期零售贷款利率走高，主要因市场利率上升。该行本月早些时候将基准利率上调25个基点至2.75%，为3年半来首次加息。
