百度拟8月26日召开特别股东大会

百度集团发布通函称，拟于8月26日召开股东特别大会，审议与自愿转换为香港联交所主要上市相关的授权及配套决议案。百度此前已于7月16日公告推进在香港联交所主板自愿转换为主要上市，并于7月22日获香港联交所确认收悉申请。
