她还表示，该法案将通过支持创新并保留透明度、韧性和投资者保护，帮助美国塑造下一阶段市场结构。Fidelity、Goldman Sachs CEO David Solomon 和 Charles Schwab 此前也对相关立法或更清晰数字资产规则表达支持。美国参议院共和党上周发布 CLARITY Act 更新文本，整合参议院银行委员会和农业委员会工作内容。参议院多数党领袖 John Thune 表示，参议院相关工作可能延续至 8 月休会之后。Stand With Crypto 表示，其 2025 年已向国会发送逾 92.5 万封邮件，自成立以来联系国会次数超过 110 万次。该组织称，CLARITY Act 的每次参议院投票都将被纳入公开国会议员评分卡。
