据 ChainCatcher 报道，日本上市公司 Metaplanet 收购持有一类金融商品业务牌照的 Siiibo Securities，获准在日本设计并销售证券。
研调机构 Benchmark 指出，这笔约 21 亿日元的并购被市场视为小规模扩张，但 Metaplanet 计划以此发行年化约 4%–6% 的比特币抵押债券“Bitbonds”，并在后续迁移上链、通过稳定币结算，逐步形成二级市场。
