Metaplanet收购Siiibo Securities

据Odaily星球日报报道，日本上市公司 Metaplanet 收购持有一类金融商品业务牌照的 Siiibo Securities，获准在日本设计并销售证券。研调机构 Benchmark 指出，这笔约 21 亿日元、约 1300 万美元的并购被市场普遍视为小规模扩张，但 Metaplanet 计划以此为基础发行年化约 4%至 6%的比特币抵押债券 Bitbonds，并在后续迁移上链、通过稳定币结算，逐步形成二级市场。
