Swiss digital asset bank AMINA is working with Cantor to explore potential listing routes, according to CoinDesk. Two people familiar with the matter said the bank had previously discussed several options, including a SPAC merger, and is now leaning toward a reverse takeover of a digital asset treasury company, although talks are still ongoing and no final decision has been made.

According to Foresight News, an AMINA spokesperson said the company is focused on raising strategic growth capital. The spokesperson added that an IPO could be a reasonable next step in the future, but AMINA is not currently negotiating with any SPAC or digital asset treasury company and is instead speaking with potential investors.

AMINA, formerly SEBA Bank, was founded in 2018 and renamed in 2023. The firm is regulated by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority and is one of the few licensed banks focused on digital assets, with operations expanded to Abu Dhabi, Hong Kong, and India. By the end of 2025, AMINA's tier 1 capital was about CHF 74.6 million, and it had raised about $245 million from investors including Julius Baer, DeFi Technologies, and BlackRiver Asset Management.
