Ctrip CEO Sun Jie said on a conference call that the group has upgraded its operating practices over the past few months to align with industry standards, according to Ming Pao.
The company will also implement several strategic measures to strengthen its platform, including enhancing its antitrust compliance management system, increasing the role of its compliance committee, setting and standardizing antitrust mechanisms, strengthening companywide training, and incorporating compliance factors into every product development and daily operations decision.
