Marcasite减持极智嘉至4.78%

据界面新闻报道，极智嘉在港交所公告称，Marcasite Gem Holdings Limited于2026年7月14日、2026年7月15日及2026年7月20日交易时段后，通过场外大宗交易向独立第三方出售合共88,605,000股公司B类股份。交易完成后，Marcasite持股比例将由约13.43%降至4.78%，并不再是公司主要股东。极智嘉称，此次出售有助于扩大股东基础并提升股份流动性，预计不会对集团营运造成重大不利影响。
