NewGenIVF再购K25.ai 3%股权

据 ChainCatcher 报道，NewGenIVF Group（纳斯达克代码：NIVF）已签署协议，以2.5亿美元估值再收购K25.ai 3%股权，持股比例将由10%升至13%。本次交易对价约750万美元，NewGen拟发行约250万股A类普通股作为部分支付，发行后公司总流通股将增至约590万股。
