Ares Management Corp. is preparing to sell €3 billion of bundled stakes in a flagship European direct-lending fund, one of the largest credit-secondaries deals ever, according to Bloomberg.
The transaction would amount to about $3.4 billion and marks a major move in the private credit secondaries market.
