Axe Compute Inc. (Nasdaq: AGPU) said today it signed a new five-year contract valued at more than $1.5 billion to deploy a large dedicated AI infrastructure cluster in the United States based on NVIDIA's Blackwell architecture. The contract was secured through Axe Compute's Build program and will include more than 9,200 NVIDIA Blackwell B300 GPUs for a dedicated cluster that Axe Compute will design, deploy, own, and operate.

According to Odaily, the new contract, together with previously announced Build agreements, brings Axe Compute's total contract value signed in 2026 to more than $3 billion. Axe Compute expects to receive more than $534 million in customer prepayments within the next 30 days related to this agreement and earlier announced contracts, with the funds expected to cover most related GPU and infrastructure capital spending.

The company said Axe Build is expected to begin generating monthly revenue this quarter, while more clusters are scheduled to go live in the fourth quarter of 2026. Axe Compute said the agreement and previously announced contracts are expected to lift annual run-rate revenue above $696 million after deployment is completed. Axe Compute Inc. is an artificial intelligence infrastructure platform based on a new cloud architecture.
