东方证券拟251.2亿元收购上海证券

东方证券公告，拟通过发行A股股份及支付现金方式收购上海证券100%股权，交易对价251.2亿元，其中股份对价235.5亿元、现金对价15.7亿元。此次发行股份价格为10.29元/股，合计发行约22.89亿股，占发行后公司总股本的21.22%。
