Binance to Launch Smart Money Signal Auto-Copy for Futures Copy Trading

According to the announcement from Binance, Smart Money Signal Auto-Copy is a new feature designed to connect trader discovery with automated execution through Binance’s Copy Trading infrastructure. The service allows users to automatically copy the USDT-M Perpetual Futures trades of eligible Smart Money traders after identifying them on the Smart Money leaderboard. Binance said the feature is intended to reduce steps between trader analysis and portfolio setup, creating a more streamlined way for users to follow selected traders. The announcement states that users can review Smart Money insights and performance data before deciding whether to copy a trader’s activity. To begin as a copy trader, users need to go to the Smart Money or Copy Trading pages, identify traders marked with the purple “Signal” tag, review performance metrics, and select “Copy.” Users then set copy parameters and allocate funds, with a minimum of 10 USDT required to start mirroring trades automatically. The feature is built on Binance’s existing discovery and execution tools and is positioned as an extension of its futures copy trading framework.

Signal lead traders can also broadcast their trades and earn a profit share from copy traders if they meet the stated requirements. Binance said qualified Smart Money traders must enable Smart Money and maintain a Futures Account balance of at least 500 USDT. The announcement adds that the feature currently supports master accounts only. Portfolio Margin mode and Multi-Assets mode do not support enabling Signal Copy Trading. Binance also noted that Smart Money Signal Auto-Copy is part of its Copy Trading and Smart Money ecosystem, linking trader discovery with automatic trade replication for futures users.
