据界面报道，7月27日，香港证监会谴责耀才证券（香港）有限公司，并处以280万港元罚款，原因是该公司未实施充足而有效的内部监控程序，以监察和侦测客户进行的清洗交易。耀才证券回应称，诚恳接受处罚决定，已于2025年9月全部完成改造，目前内控技术均已符合监管要求。
