WEMIX and Garden Finance disclosed separate security incidents involving unauthorized token issuance and stolen funds. According to NS3.AI, WEMIX reported 5,225,525 unauthorized WEMIX$ issued, while Garden Finance said about $450,000 was drained from its platform.
TRM Labs said it recorded 207 hacks in the first half of 2026, the highest six-month total the firm has recorded. It added that total stolen funds fell to about $972 million from about $2.3 billion in H1 2025.
