AT&T Inc. is raising at least €2 billion ($2.23 billion) of bonds in a five-part deal that breaks Europe’s summer lull in the primary market, according to Bloomberg.
The offering marks a large corporate borrowing after a typically subdued period for new debt sales in Europe.
