Qichacha APP shows that YD Futures Co., Ltd. recently underwent a corporate registration change, with Yingda Securities Co., Ltd. exiting as a shareholder and China Petroleum Group Capital Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of CNPC Capital, becoming the new shareholder with a 100% stake. According to Jin10, the company was established in April 1996 and its business scope covers futures services.
