The Securities and Futures Commission has reprimanded Xingzheng International Asset Management and fined it HK$6.8 million for failing to carry out its duties as manager of a private fund from August 2019 to September 2020, according to Ming Pao.
The regulator said the company did not fulfill its obligations during that period in its role as fund manager.
