据Odaily星球日报报道，SK集团正推进收购首尔江南区原乐天艾美酒店（Le Méridien）地块，并计划建设SK海力士总部大楼。报道称，该地块距离三星集团总部“Samsung Town”约1公里，SK集团会长崔泰源据称提出“建得比三星高5米”的要求。
目前项目具体参与方式尚未最终确定，包括收购土地、项目公司股权或提前购置办公楼等方案仍在讨论中。
