Cambodia's Prince Group founder Chen Zhi was arrested on July 6, according to Caixin. Compared with when he was previously escorted back to the country, the charges against him no longer included concealing or hiding criminal proceeds, and now include copyright infringement and intentional injury, according to Foresight News.

Hong Kong's High Court approved the Department of Justice's request for a restraining order against Chen Zhi, 42 people, and related companies, according to HK01. The order freezes a total of HK$8.93 billion in assets, including deposits, properties, and stocks.
