Binance Sets Delisting and Access Criteria for Capital Connect

According to the announcement from Binance, effective 2026-07-27, the exchange is introducing delisting and access criteria for Capital Connect to maintain platform standards and integrity and to support a high-calibre allocation experience. Capital Connect trading teams may be removed from public listing if they show no trading activity for 30 consecutive days or if they fail to meet performance thresholds over 180 consecutive days. For non-directional strategies, delisting may occur if cumulative return falls below -10% for 180 consecutive days. For directional strategies, delisting may occur if cumulative return falls below -30% for 180 consecutive days. Binance said progressive warnings will be sent 5, 3, and 1 day(s) before delisting, followed by a final delisting notification. After delisting, the portfolio will be removed from public listing, while existing investor subscriptions will continue to operate without being affected. Trading teams may reapply for public listing after 90 days.

The announcement also sets out new investor deactivation rules for Capital Connect. Investors who do not submit a subscription request within 12 months from the date their Capital Connect access is granted will be deactivated. Binance said warnings will be sent 60, 30, and 7 days before deactivation, followed by a final deactivation notification. Once deactivated, Capital Connect access will be revoked. Investors may reapply after 180 days, subject to standard eligibility checks. Binance said it reserves the right to delist any trading team or deactivate any investor’s Capital Connect access at its sole discretion. The notice states that Capital Connect is a connection and facilitation service available on an “as is” and “as available” basis, operated by Nest Trading Limited, and that it is only accessible to qualified persons and may not be available in all regions.
