Times Green Energy Co. has increased its registered capital from 2 billion yuan to 3.5 billion yuan, according to 36Kr. Qichacha shows the company was established in 2006 and is wholly owned by CATL. Its business scope includes research and development of offshore wind power systems, wind farm-related systems, new energy technologies, and online energy monitoring technologies.
