据韩联社报道，仁川地方法院周一判处一名60多岁男子12年监禁，罪名是通过伪造文件，骗取受害者以一处几乎无抵押价值的多户住宅为担保出借逾80亿韩元。
法院认定，该男子伪造107份文件，谎称涉案房产由按月付租金的租户占用，实际上该房产已按“租房押金制”（jeonse）出租。受害者在2021年至2022年间共119次出借82.2亿韩元，最终遭其诈骗。
