Meituan Launches CatPaw AI Agent Platform

Meituan launched its CatPaw full-scenario AI Agent platform on July 27, according to 36Kr. The platform offers an out-of-the-box AI workstation plus enterprise-grade Agent development and hosting capabilities, aimed at helping businesses and merchants build collaborative, manageable AI assistants and improve operating efficiency. CatPaw has already been rolled out internally to 90,000 Meituan employees, with more than 30,000 Agents built, and has been tested in real business scenarios including restaurants, beauty services and pet hospitals.
