蓝思科技与英特尔签TGV合作备忘录

据界面新闻报道，蓝思科技全资子公司蓝思国际（香港）有限公司近日与英特尔签署合作备忘录，双方将把TGV（玻璃通孔）先进封装作为重点合作方向，并就玻璃基板穿孔成型、高精度激光加工、金属化通孔沉积及多层互连布线等工艺进行讨论和评估。蓝思科技称，双方合作目前仍处备忘录阶段，后续签约、订单及业务落地存在不确定性。
