China’s major stock indexes opened mixed on Monday, with the Shanghai Composite Index down 5.29 points, or 0.14%, at 3,808.9. According to Jin10, the Shenzhen Component Index fell 6.07 points, or 0.04%, to 13,768.6; the CSI 300 rose 6.84 points, or 0.15%, to 4,656.03; the ChiNext Index gained 1.18 points, or 0.03%, to 3,482.04; and the STAR 50 Index declined 6.48 points, or 0.36%, to 1,780.72.
