Several major food brands in Australia sold tomato products grown in China as domestically produced, with forensic testing indicating some were sourced from Xinjiang, according to the Australian Broadcasting Corp., Bloomberg reported.
The investigation said the products were marketed as Australian-grown despite the overseas origin.
