PRECIOUS METALS | Shanghai Silver Rises Over 3% as SC Crude Falls Nearly 7%

At the morning open, most of China's main domestic futures contracts fell, with SC crude down nearly 7%, low-sulfur fuel oil (LU) down more than 6%, fuel oil down nearly 6%, and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) down more than 5%. According to Jin10, styrene (EB) and pure benzene fell nearly 4%, synthetic rubber dropped more than 3%, and asphalt fell nearly 3%, while Shanghai silver rose more than 3%, caustic soda gained more than 2%, and platinum, palladium, Shanghai tin, apples, lithium carbonate, Shanghai gold, and glass rose more than 1%; ferrosilicon rose nearly 1%.
