Nvidia to Take 4.5% Stake in NAVER Under $1 Billion Strategic Investment Deal

Nvidia will receive a 4.5% stake in NAVER under a previously announced $1 billion strategic investment agreement, according to Jiemian News. NAVER, Brookfield and Nvidia also announced an expansion plan for a South Korea sovereign AI factory infrastructure project, under which the initial deployment scale of Nvidia DSX AI factory at the GAK Sejong data center will be expanded from 55 megawatts to 200 megawatts by 2028.
