South Korean trading company POSCO International and LG CNS are piloting the deployment of real-time trade receivables on the Injective blockchain to speed payments between POSCO International's global subsidiaries. According to Odaily, the receivables are being placed on a shared blockchain ledger to create a single transferable record, with compliance rules embedded to reduce reconciliation time among buyers, sellers, and banks. POSCO plans to move the project into production after the pilot. The project involves blockchain use cases in trade finance, stablecoin-based fund transfers, and asset tokenization.
