港交所上市新规生效

据界面新闻报道，港交所就提升港股上市机制竞争力的建议发布咨询总结，修订后的上市规则随即生效。今年以来，已有近100家企业在港股上市，另有逾500家企业正在审核。新规下，“同股不同权”架构企业的上市财务门槛、投票权比例限制等均有调整，海外上市企业赴港上市也获得更多便利，所有申请人可秘密递表。
