智元创新启动港股上市

据界面新闻报道，智元创新（上海）科技股份有限公司已启动赴港上市流程，投资人称其最快将于2026年8月在港交所上市。公司在2025年5月完成融资后估值达150亿元人民币，基石投资人给出的目标估值为400亿至500亿港元，公司方面曾希望提升至约800亿港元。此前，智元创新以约21亿元取得上纬新材63.62%控股权。
