中国旺旺7月26日在港交所公告称，本集团预计，截至2026年6月30日止三个月收益较上一财年同期下降约6%，主要由于市场气氛转弱。与此同时，本公司权益持有人应占利润预计较上一财年同期下降约38%，原因是收益下降但营业费用上升。
中国旺旺称，如果该等趋势持续、未发生重大改变，其截至2026年9月30日止六个月之中期业绩将受到负面影响。
