据Odaily星球日报报道，韩国 SK 电信（SKT）宣布成立人工智能数据中心（AIDC）专营新公司“SK Hyper”，计划累计投入 7500 亿韩元，推动大规模 AI 数据中心业务扩张。SK 电信将首先投入 3300 亿韩元，并计划至 2030 年 12 月累计投资 7500 亿韩元，持有该公司 100%股权。
新成立的 SK Hyper 将负责未来大型 AI 数据中心项目的开发与商业化，包括选址、电力基础设施 확보以及客户商业合作等前期工作。SK 电信现有 137MW 数据中心资产，以及预计 2029 年全面投运的 100MW 蔚山 AIDC 项目，仍由 SK Broadband 负责运营；新增蔚山 900MW AIDC 项目，以及目标长期 확보15GW 规模的超级数据中心项目，将由 SK Hyper 主导推进。
