据Odaily星球日报报道，俄罗斯最大银行Sberbank计划在12月1日前推出加密交易基础设施和数字存管服务，以支持受监管金融体系。俄罗斯加密交易、托管和结算新规将于9月1日生效，持牌中介机构相关要求将自2027年7月起适用。俄罗斯公开加密交易将限于满足严格流动性和市值门槛的资产，境内商品和服务支付仍禁止使用加密资产。
