Galaxy Research Head Says CLARITY Protects Self-Custodied Tokens

Galaxy Research Head said on X that many people overlooked an important addition in the CLARITY bill: self-custodied tokens would be protected from being deemed “lost” under unclaimed property laws because of on-chain inactivity or dormancy, and federal law would take precedence over state law. According to Odaily, the post also said Noah Doe would not want to see that.
