According to Jin10, British Financial Times reported that Alphabet-owned self-driving company Waymo is exploring options to exit its partnership with Uber.
According to Jin10, multiple people familiar with the matter said the company has internally discussed ending the agreement under which Uber operates services in Austin and Atlanta, and Uber said Waymo has notified it that it plans to enter those two markets independently from January 2028, if the contract allows.
