印度网络犯罪机构要求GitHub在三小时内禁用对3个BitChat GitHub仓库的访问。据 NS3 报道，Internet Freedom Foundation称这一命令违宪，并表示印度方面使用的是第79(3)(b)条，而非正式的网站封锁程序。
