World has announced that its project has entered Phase 3 in its third year and will expand World ID use cases to more scenarios. According to Odaily, these include real-name participation in Zoom meetings, bot prevention for Tinder matching, and anti-scalping measures for concert tickets.
World said its World ID network has reached more than 39 million users worldwide. The company also plans to extend proof of personhood to consumer platforms, enterprise identity verification, and human identity binding for AI agents, and it plans to launch a new World ID app and new updates in the fall.
