美国全国警察兄弟会（FOP）致函参议院银行委员会主席 Tim Scott 及少数党首席议员沃伦（Elizabeth Warren），表态支持《CLARITY Act》最新版本。 据 Foresight News 报道，FOP 表示，修订后的《区块链监管确定性法案》（BRCA）第 10604 条款已满足其此前对执法权限的顾虑，现行条款不会限制执法人员调查涉数字资产违法行为的能力。
Terrett 同时指出，《CLARITY Act》最新版本中 BRCA 部分实际上并未修改，FOP 所称的“修订语言”指向何处尚不明确。
