National Fraternal Order of Police, one of the largest police unions in the U.S., has shifted to support the latest version of the Clarity Act, according to former Fox Business reporter Eleanor Terrett. According to ChainCatcher, the union said revised Blockchain Regulatory Certainty Act provisions addressed its earlier concerns while preserving law enforcement’s ability to investigate crypto crimes.

The report said BRCA was unchanged in the latest draft released on Wednesday, and it was unclear which specific revisions the union was referring to.
