据Odaily星球日报报道，Bitcoin News 在 X 平台发文表示，周三发布的 CLARITY Act 最终文本扩大了对自托管的保护。该法案保留 Keep Your Coins Act，保护个人持有和交易自身数字资产的权利。法案还新增条款规定，合法自托管资产不得仅因处于非活跃或休眠状态而被认定为被遗弃、无人认领、可没收或受州政府收归。
