Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said there is no problem of a lack of mediators between Iran and the United States, and that the issue lies in U.S. policy and practices. According to Jin10, Araghchi said Iran will not yield to U.S. pressure, will not accept threats, pressure, or coercive measures, and will continue to safeguard the interests of the Iranian people and the interests related to the Strait of Hormuz. He added that Iran will continue taking action until the legitimate goals and demands of the Iranian people are achieved.
