DeFi 协议 Fluid 与 AGI3 Group 发布治理提案，宣布达成生态合作。据 Foresight News 报道，Kinetic Group 计划通过二级市场购买、场外交易等方式收购最多 10% 的 FLUID 代币供应量，相关代币不来自 DAO 金库或团队分配。
Fluid 基金会将另行提供 5% 的 FLUID 代币，用于在瑞士、欧盟、香港及新加坡的合规私人银行和机构数字资产托管机构中建立托管，上述代币将锁定至少四年至 2030 年。AGI3 将向 Fluid 基金会授予 2% 的股权，同样锁定四年。
