AMD抢得台积电2nm首发

据界面新闻报道，AMD于7月23日发布第六代EPYC 9006系列服务器CPU“Venice”和Instinct MI455X AI加速器，其中Venice采用台积电2nm工艺，MI455X则采用2nm计算芯粒与3nm I/O、缓存芯粒的混合制程。AMD称，Venice最多有256个CPU核心、512个线程，MI455X配备432GB HBM4，峰值内存带宽达23.3TB/s。
