美年健康重组申请被终止审核

据界面新闻报道，美年健康7月24日公告称，公司收到深圳证券交易所《关于终止对美年大健康产业控股股份有限公司发行股份购买资产申请审核的决定》，深交所决定终止对公司发行股份购买资产申请的审核。公司表示，本次终止发行股份购买资产暨关联交易事项不会对主营业务和财务状况产生重大不利影响，也不存在损害公司及中小股东利益的情形。
